As a journalist who loves history , as a native of Wadi Nisnas in Haifa , and as a social activist who is in love with the city and its people , Shahin knows the city and the history hidden in its corners and streets . During his years of work as a journalist, which began at a very young age , he moved through all the possible positions in the media world , a young reporter , investigator , photographer , up to editorial positions , and editor in various newspapers and websites , as well as chief editor in several local newspapers . Among other things, he engaged in various translation works that slowly developed into the establishment of ” Marsal Media ” in order to legally provide professional translation and editing services . Knowing languages from a young age and orientation to languages have proven to be a very effective tool in journalistic work , in working with the media , and in formulating messages and editing content .
While working in an international atmosphere at the Musawa Center – the Center for the Rights of Arab Citizens in Israel , the abilities of translation and working with the media from the other side were discovered , in formulating and refining messages , and working for the improvement and achievement of the rights of the Arab society in Israel , and the accessibility of information in Hebrew and English to the mass media and not only the Arabs . In addition to building relationships with reporters and editors .
